Body repair specialists Power-TEC have just released a new shrinking hammer (part number 92596) into their extensive range of bodyshop tools and equipment. This is a shrinking hammer that actually works!

The spirally milled face of the hammer is mounted with vulcanised rubber against the angled head of the hammer. Upon impact the head grips the surface and twists slightly, causing the metal to shrink. The rubber section also helps protect the hands from the repeated shocks of the panel-beating process.

This is a quality hammer, with a 295mm oak handle. The head width is 114mm and the spiral head diameter is a useful 41mm.
