61753 Digital Torque Shadow Board (Tool Connection)
A digital torque wrench board complete with a range of digital torque wrenches, screwdriver and adaptors & extensions, to cover all potential torque applications which a bodyshop may come across during vehicle repair and reassembly. Visual Management is the modern way of ensuring everything is in the right place, at the right time for the task in hand, and where documentation is required, this is also controlled and available for inspection, as part of the regular control process. Torque control is now a process governed by standards, and as such it is important to ensure control of both the torque tools, and the associated documents. Torque wrenches should be checked / tested on a regular basis to ensure accuracy, and this new concept creates both a storage and control solution. All Laser torque wrenches (mechanical & digital) are supplied with a certificate of conformance & calibration produced at point of manufacture, as per ISO6789-1:2017
- Includes 3 digital torque & angle wrenches in 3/8" & 1/2"D, covering 6 - 340Nm.
- Torque screwdriver 1/4"D (2 - 6Nm), ideal for sensors and panel fittings.
- Specialist torque wrench 1/2"D (40 - 200Nm), complete with crows feet adaptors (13 - 32mm) for suspension settings.
- Set of 10 torque extension adaptors for use in restricted access applications, extending the reach of the torque wrench.
- The board also includes 2 x document pockets for daily torque check & calibration information, plus an ID panel for technician details.
